My Crystal Healing experience was a very pleasant session. After a consultation where I was able to explain and discuss my issues, I was invited to lie down on a couch and was wrapped in a cosy blanket. The warm room with its lovely healing ambience had soothing music playing whilst the therapist selected the appropriate crystals for my condition and deftly and quietly placed them at various points around my body. I was asked to hold a crystal in each hand whilst releasing anything that was bothering me and making me anxious in my life. The energy from the crystals created a healing web as they worked their magic and gently soothed my stressful symptoms. I could feel the healing energy from the stones as I drifted into a wonderul relaxed state bordering on sleep. I could quite easily have gone to sleep completely I think! I "came back" to feeling refreshed and relaxed and have definitely felt improvement from with my symptoms. I would definitely recommend this gentle therapy for a wide range of problems. Hi, having attended many of your workshops, which are always well run and friendly. The center is lovely warm and always welcoming, with a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. It really is an oasis of calm when most needed, with so much to choose from. Every time I visit I purchase some thing from the shop which has so much! Thankyou Sarah for this wonderful place. Toni Beauty Therapies - Very, very well done, extremely professional. I have had waxing in other places but will not again after realising how much more care they take here. They do not treat it as just a quick wax appointment, all emphasis is on doing a professional job, relaxation and they take into account your needs. Great! A new leaf is one of those places that immediately fills you with a love and warmth as soon as you enter.
The centre is a reflection of the owner Sarah, who's drive, passion and genuine excitement for the place gives it an energy and feeling that can only be found with such love.
Beautifully finished the centre has every needed for a space of this kind. From private treatment rooms and quiet areas to a larger multi-purpose room that can be changed to fit the activity that it is asked to hold. As a workshop facilitator and lecturer, I can honestly say that A New Leaf is now my favourite place to hold my seminars, and hopefully I will be returning again real soon.

I have attended two workshops at A New Leaf, and have found them both to be really helpful to my work. The surroundings are perfect, whether you are there to learn or be pampered or given healing. The environment is one of total healing and relaxation - from the minute you walk through the door! Sarah has developed A New Leaf with vision and love - and it shows!!!
