3rd Saturday of each month for psychic and mediumship development
Open to all levels from complete beginners to those looking to enhance their abilities. A wonderful opportunity to develop your psychic and medium-ship skills in a relaxed, friendly, protected and safe environment. We are all able to work and develop psychically, and often do so on a regular basis naturally without realising it. How often do you just know something? How is it the you pick up vibes from the people you meet? During these workshops you will have the chance to develop and work with your natural skills to heighten your awareness of the energy that surrounds us all. Using a whole range of techniques we will be looking at the aura, colour readings, psychometry, cards, pictures, water, and flowers - to name but a few! We will also look at developing our medium-ship skills too. The workshops are tailored around those who attend and allow for questions to be answered and an understanding of this spiritual work to be gained. Sheila is very well recognised for her teaching and for establishing the natural strengths of the student.
For those who are more advanced, we offer an additional hour following the morning session.

Between the Worlds - an introduction to Shamanism, with Jonathan Weekes. This full day workshop will cover the background to shamanism and its potential for balance, growth and healing in our lives. The workshop will include practical explorations of the shamanic journey and ways to enter shamanic reality, while also teaching ways to connect with the power animals, spirit guides, healers and teachers that walk with you. We will also experience the power of the drum and the use of smudge for spiritually cleansing your aura and your home.
No prior shamanic experience is necessary. Please bring a pillow, blanket and a scarf/blindfold and you are more than welcome to make notes if you have a journal or notebook. ..

Taking an exam obviously isn’t your idea of a good time. In fact, I’m willing to bet there are hundreds of things you’d rather do. No one says you have to fall in love with the idea of taking exams. However, there is an easy way for you to learn to enjoy the exams you take.
By teaching your unconscious (subconscious) mind to transform your feelings of nervousness into feelings of positive excitement, your trepidation about taking exams can turn into eager anticipation. Think it’s impossible? Well it’s not, come along and find out some techniques to make your exam a success.
Imagine what it would be like to:
• Easily absorb every bit of information when studying for an exam.
• Finish each exam you take to the best of your ability.
• Never feel apprehension about taking an exam again.
• Actually look forward to your exams and enjoy the entire exam process.
I don't claim that the techniques you will learn will turn you into an exam expert overnight. Your inner mind is your powerhouse, how you use it, or not, is up to you. Learning techniques to change your motivation will empower you to be the success you want to be. A range of techniques from visualisation, hypnosis, timeline and tapping will be used in this session to help the group transform their thinking.
